After searching online, I found one solution: "disable the 1394 Net Adapter". At beginning, I do not believe it will help. But it works!
Slow deleting behavior in Windows Xp
I have windows up machine at work. Everything runs fine except I noticed it is hard for me to delete files from the hard disk no matter how big the file. Sometimes, the operating system is paused waiting for the delete task to complete. I have checked the hard disk problem and defrag the hard disk. But they are not helping.
